Micronclean is an ISO9001:2008 accredited company and is constantly enhancing quality and service levels to its customers. The Spiddal plant is regarded as the most advanced cleanroom garment processing plant in Europe, with computerised monitoring systems which evaluate and control every part of the process, from airborne particle counts, temperature and humidity to water quality ,disinfection cycles and batch particle testing. As well as being ISO 9001:2008 quality accredited we are regularly audited by the NSAI and our customers. The use of either RF-ID Transponder chips or Barcodes provides a mechanism to monitor each garment throughout its life cycle. In addition each batch of garments is tested using the Helmke Drum Test which is an internationally recognised method of measuring particulate contamination on cleanroom garments. Micronclean’s cleanroom garments must have a particle count lower than the limits specified in the IES-RP-CC003 Recommended Practice before being released to the customer.
